How to Submit Photography:

You can mail photos to your Resident Representative at The Villages of Wilkes, P.O. Box 1227, North Wilkesboro NC 28659-9934. Please remember to print out a PDF of our photo release form to send with the photographs so that we may have permission to use them.

To electronically send us photos of your loved one, please complete the following steps:

1. Click here to open an email to J.Lyons@villagesofwilkes.com

2. Include your Resident's Name, Facility, Room Number and Resident Representative.

3. Then, copy and paste the following into the body of the message, so that we may share your photos with our community:

[ I give permission for the Resident Representative mentioned above to use the photographs provided within The Villages of Wilkes community for staff education and to highlight the life of the resident. I understand that these photographs may be used on the facility walls or other public areas within the facility as well as website and other marketing and business literature.]

4. Attach the photos from your computer that you would like to share to the email, then click "send!"
